Why Replace Rather Than Patch

A failed baffle or a hairline crack rarely stays small. Once a tank loses its watertight seal, sludge and scum carry into the D-box and clog the field, and a field is far more expensive to rebuild than a tank is to swap. Setting a new tank with fresh baffles, an effluent filter, and gasketed riser lids protects the drainfield you already have.

Our Process

We pump and remove the old tank, inspect the D-box and the top of the field, and set the new tank on a level, compacted bed. We tie in the Schedule 40 PVC inlet and outlet, add risers to grade so the lids are easy to service, and backfill and grade the area. If the inspection shows field trouble, we tell you before we cover anything.
